I’m running out of things to knit on. My little drawer of yarn/projects is dwindling. I finished the newest sock design test knit and the partially machine knit mitts. I also finished knitting two afghan squares for a love blanket a bunch of the Phat Fiber contributors and fans are sending to Phat Momma Jessie. We better go home soon, it’s going to get dangerous to be around me with no knitting on hand.

Luckily I have had other things to work on. Last night I worked up the PDF version of the Brisk Cowl pattern which is now available for sale/download. This pattern has been surprisingly popular for some reason! I didn’t like it much when I was knitting it but quickly fell in love with it as soon as it was off the needles. This pattern is also available for free at Knit Las Vegas when you purchase the yarn to make it!

Don’t remember the Brisk Cowl? A little project pr0n to remind you.

Next pattern up for release will be the Polaris Socks. This pattern should be up later tonight or sometime tomorrow.

In other news; we’re nearly finished with our exile at Green Valley Ranch. We’re not moved back into our house yet but I do at least have access to things there as we can walk on the floors again so www.buydanido.com is back up and running since I once again have access to my inventory. We should be back home for good by mid week and I’ll have yarn in the dye pots on Friday for the Choose Your Own Adventure Club folk! There will also be some new slots opening up for that in the next few weeks so keep your eyes peeled, I’ve already opened up slots for the fiber club available through www.buydanido.com.

So I know most of you who read this blog are knitters or crafters of some kind and probably aren’t interested in buying already made hand knits, but juts in case you are or know someone who is I’d like to introduce my newest tower in the DaniDo Crafty Empire of Doom: Indie As Knits. Right now there is only a few things in there but soon there will be bags, scarves, shawls, hats, baby items, mittens, and maybe even a few sweaters. Just putting it out there in case anyone needs a neckwarmer or lace shrug right now.
