I’m on a roll with the neck thingy’s. I’ve whipped up another little pattern for a wonderfully squishy and chunky neck warmer. Super quick to knit and very dramatic to wear.

It’s finally getting chilly in Vegas so I’m hoping to actually get some wear out of this in the near future. This neck warmer took only a handful of hours to knit on US15’s with bulky yarn, the cabled band goes one direction and the rest of it goes another so it’s actually fun to knit too, just when the seed stitch starts to get boring it’s done! Ingenious if I do say so myself.
Also, while I’m pimping designs the Brisk Cowl is having a knit along over on my Ning network. It started today but if you’re knitting it or want to feel free to join us over there, we’ll be working on it for the rest of the month. Next month we’ll have another knit along, maybe for one of my upcoming sock patterns. I’m working on getting more videos edited to put up over there as well and will hopefully be offering classes starting in late December/early January. So far I’m planning a two at a time toe up sock class and a dyeing class that goes over the basics of getting started dying your own yarn and fiber. If you’re interested in either of those, join the network over there and give a shout out on the forums that you’re interested in a class.
